make sure to get double room with a great view and nesepresso coffer machine plus complimentary ice. thanks to the staff for being competent and knowledgeable and providing us with an excellent service.

The hotel is in the great spot, just right there at the city center. But the room is quite old. though the room style is better than the room which is in the city center (normally it is small) this room is bigger, I still think they need to renovate. The breakfast is great. They have a lot of guests, so the variety of the food is perfect.

The hotel as such is very good, in general also very good, but it only makes me doubt if next time I will return to this hotel which I repeat as such is very good, because of the personal attention received at the reception upon our arrival by Mr. Deniz who attended us in a very unpleasant and impertinent way, giving us answers without much interest to our doubts, in the first place before our difficulty for the language he did not put the minimal interest, on having consulted him for the parking and his functioning he was answering us without any interest, He was in reception laughing and talking with a colleague who was also in reception and was more interested in that conversation than in what we were asking him, incredible to the point that he was dedicated to making selections with that colleague, a pathetic and incomprehensible image at this level of hotel, it is a shame that a hotel with that infrastructure and very good facilities is damaged its image by such people. Also in the room the badly made beds, trash cans without emptying, bottles of drinks taken the night before by us bought in the hotel itself without withdrawing the next day. On the other hand, other hotel employees, such as Mrs. Maria, who spoke Spanish very attentively and cordially, helped you to feel better in the hotel.

The breakfast was enjoyable and varied, with less varieties and good value. Our room was recently refurbished and airy, liked it: )

The hotel sfaff was very friendly and helpfull. Central location, near the downtown (5 minutes by foot). Quick car park under the hotel reception. Wanderful american breakfast. The price was fair.

Mybe the design and the interiors are not so modern.

It was great. Conveniently located, the price was fair and we had a great time. I wish that I had planed this spot for my last week as my Italian vacation was horrible. I wished that I had the foresight to have stayed longer. I'll almost always stay at a Hilton from now on and book my vacations through you. Thank You

Everything you need is closeby. Food , shopping , on foot to the town , I would like to visit again hotel innsbruck in the winter for skiing.

It was clean, still and the breakfast was good.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was excellent and fairly clean. The room was airy and neat with views to the mountains, coffe machine, comfortable beds, we felt like at home. Location: the venue was near the center of town landmarks and shopping, and the restaurants, rail and other transports. There was a lobby restaurant nearby.

The rooms were first class, the staff very accommodating, the restaurant and the service excellent. The location was central and made trips around town easy. The availability of the car park also facilitated trips out of town.

The room air-conditionining appeared to be in effective as the outside temprature was over 30 deg C during our stay

Perfect location. The room was clean, spacious with a magnificent view (14th floor). The staff was very kind and helpful.

The furniture and generally the decoration look a bit old.

Limited amenities in the mini bar!!! Poor sound insulation from neighboring rooms!!!
